Following activation of the relevant integrations, the website may use:

  • Google Analytics 4 – to analyse website traffic and how the website is used,
  • Google Search Console – to monitor the website’s visibility in search results and its technical performance.

Google Analytics is activated in accordance with the cookie consent mechanism. Wix states that, once the cookie banner is activated, analytics scripts should not collect data before the appropriate user consent has been obtained.

Google Search Console is primarily used to analyse the website’s technical presence in search results and is not used by us as a tool for collecting form data.

Access to data relating to services should be limited to persons who need it to perform their duties.

Documents submitted through forms, including financial, tax and identity documents, are stored in the Wix form management system and may only be accessible to authorised persons responsible for handling the submission or providing the relevant service.

Form fields containing personal data, sensitive data and uploaded documents are marked in Wix as Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
